Our Process

Hardscape is an essential portion of landscape because it provides definition and organization to the natural areas and features of the landscape. With decades of expertise the Sarah Contractors’ team executes client projects from pavers, patios, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens and more. We pride ourselves on being able to deliver projects on time, on budget, and on point with your vision. So how do we do it? It all in our process!

Step 1: Initial Consultation and Site Visit – We come to your house to perform a detailed analysis of the site. During this first meeting we will get to know you, your family’s lifestyle, your needs, wants, and will discuss budget.

Step 2: Creative Design – After the initial consultation we begin to work on a design and plan that will fit everything discussed during the site visit. This plan will be completed and sent to you within 5 days of the initial consultation and will be accompanied by a formal estimate of costs.

Step 3: Design Review – After being sent the rendering of the design, we will have a follow-up call to go over every element, answer any questions, and make any revisions. Once this is finalized we will schedule a project start date and give you a final estimate on costs and timeline.

Step 4: Construction Begins – Time for us to get to work! This is the fun part for you as your outdoor space is completely transformed. Unlike many contractors, masons, and landscapers we provide a boutique level of service and is constantly on the job site to answer any questions and address any issues that may arise. In fact, because she is so involved, many clients become lifelong friends!

Step 5: Project Completion – Your outdoor living or hardscape project has been completed and ready for use. So whether that means setting up the patio furniture, firing up the grill, or pulling the car into a new driveway you get to enjoy our work for years to come!
